R30: EL eliminates C33. LL finishes that column.
The rest of the puzzle can be solved with the same 2-way logic pattern over and over: each unsolved 1 clue in the columns needs to go in either R26 or R30 to avoid a contradiction in the corresponding column with the unsolved 3 clue. Repeat that pattern each time you get stuck after doing LL.
Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.#3: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Apr 16, 2018 [HINT]
I got the same results a little differently.#4: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Apr 16, 2018 [SPOILER]
After LL/CL leaves only black clues,
Edge logic on the 2 in c33 makes r29-30 white.
LL
Now for the repetitive bit:
Look at the leftmost remaining 3 in r30. Two of its pixels are set. If it were to go right, it would trigger the 3 in that column, leaving no room for the 1 in the column to the left. So it can't go right and thus must go left.
LL
Repeat

The zebra stripes certainly look like this is a crosswalk, so J-walker but not jaywalker.#7: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Apr 18, 2018
Dang J-walkers.
