Puzzle Description:
a curling end. Black wins :)

Nice. I used symmetry for the blue (a minor sin). ;)#2: Wombat (wombatilim) on Feb 28, 2018 [HINT]
Yeah i wasn't able to make much headway on the blue. Didn't keep track of everything I did but there was some EL in R16-17 to eliminate a few squares. Beyond that I don't see how to proceed and I've only got 7 blue squares placed.#3: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Mar 1, 2018
Found to be solvable with deep lookahead by infrapinklizzard.#4: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Mar 1, 2018 [HINT]
after ll/cl#5: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Mar 1, 2018 [SPOILER]
el on the red 6s on the edges place them completely. (you only need to do two opposite faces)
ll/cl leaves only blue
el 6 r16 = c15 white
ll
el 3 r17 = c6 w (conflict in r15)
ll
deep lookahead:
if the bottom 1 in c17 were in r15, it would start a zigzag going left and up. It would end in a conflict in r13c13. So r15c17 must be white.
if the bottom 1 in c17 were in r14, it could start a zigzag in either direction. If it went down, it would create a conflict in r14c15. If it went up it would create a conflict in r13c14. Since it can't go either way, r14c17 must be white.
Two-way logic on that same 1 - whether it is in r12 or r13, r13c16 will be blue.
ll
if the bottom 2 in c15 were in r12-13, there would be no room for the bottom 1 in c17. That means r12c15 can't be blue.
ll finishes the bottom blue arc.
Deep internal edge logic on the 6 in r5 (vs r8) - if the 6 goes all the way left it will trigger all the 2s from c6-11, leaving no room for the 1 in r8. So it can't go there and r5c1 must be white.
ll
el 1 r8 - if it goes in c7 it will create a conflict in r6 so r8c7 must be white
ll to finish
Curling seems to make hard puzzles.
