Puzzle Description:
In International Falls, Minn. cats are not allowed to chase dogs up telephone poles.

I don't even know where to start. Why would this law ever come into existence? Clearly, it's there because it has happened, but how can man-made law stop a cat from chasing a dog up a telephone pole? It is also not likely to ever happen again, (and hard to believe it ever did) so why bother? I am amazed by how funny this is. It's so wrong.#2: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Jan 23, 2018
