This was a much more difficult solve. I had to rely on cursive logic from the previous puzzle. :)

"Cursive logic"!? I didn't know that was a thing.

Or did you mean cursing logic "F&%$ it, I'll just guess"
#7: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on Dec 28, 2017
Am I right in putting together that "cursive logic" is when the solver assumes that all lines connect somewhere?
#8: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Dec 29, 2017
Yeah. I tend to give whimsical names to different types of "logic" (sounds better than "guessing"). Goatee logic, shoulder logic, etc.

And yes, this was based on Brian's previous puzzle, in which the letters all connected as if written in cursive. :)

there is no guessing, silly-billies.... I didn't track the solve per se, but it really isn't too bad. I believe I used el on the bottom row. and then iel on the 6 in c4. game over. the iel breaks it wide open. if you still don't "get it", I'll re-solve and post. no more "?"'s though

I prob will re-do and post, when I'm slightly less inebriated. happy new year all!

yeah, Joe...unfortunately, I have....lol

I'm tellin ya, all you need is el on the bottom row and el/iel to place a few dots at the bottom left of the puzz. ll will finish it out. after that, there is a sneaky black or so to find that's part of the "6" in r11, but it's pretty well straight-forward after you place some dots in the bottom left.

it is more than just iel in c4 as said before though. you've got to do iel to get a dot or so with the 3 in c2 first. and yes you can! keep working from the left edge and moving inwards. until you've got enough dots to finally place black in c4...
