Puzzle Description:

Antilia, the famously one billion dollar house in India, a bit redesigned. Two thousand bullions of gold (24800 kg) is approximately worth 1 billion dollars, currently. Also, the house seems like an almost random arrangement of 'bullions', imo. The dots on top are clouds.

Would not have guessed the story. Looks more like an abstract design.
