Looks like people living near the east coast North America and New Brunswick Canada could be in for some very nasty weather thanks to the bomb cyclone. Keep us posted and let us know if you are OK. It's not the size of the water heater that causes the problem. It is that the water pressure is too low for the size of the pipes, so when the toilet plushes, less of the cold water gets to the shower because most of it goes to refill the toilet. The hot water continues at the same rate, so with less cold water mixed in, the resulting temperature in the shower goes way up.#16: BlackCat (BlackCat) on Apr 16, 2020
