I think this is absolutely horrible, and it is most insensitive to publish the day after such gun violence in the US.

Perhaps more of a back story would be helpful. This could be an unrelated image (a movie or video game character), but in light of the tragic massacre in Las Vegas, most Americans are understandably sensitive.

I was thinking of the movie I'm Gonna Git You Sucka, which I find pretty funny. I apologize if I offended anyone. I was not aware of Vegas Shootings, a horrible event. The subject of the puzzle has been changed to music.

Also, I have a question to fellow Americans. How could you let some maniac gather so many weapons without background check, and mourn afterwards. I believe that this mass shooting frenzy will cease to exist, if you separate maniacs from their guns.

Thank you for updating this. To try to answer your question would require too much of a delving into the history and constitution of the U.S. I appreciate your effort to adjust your puzzle to have a different "tone".

Americans also have right to vote, but people with criminal record cannot vote. The amendment rights can be suspended according to law.

The Vegas shootings were indeed a tragedy, but we don't want this site invaded by political discussions that could cause a big rift among our solvers. There are social media sites that cater to those discussions so it will be much appreciated if you limit your potentially heated discussions to those sites. It would be unrealistic to assume that because we all share a love for this site that we would also share the same political opinions.

Norma, I am sorry, and you are right. Upon re-reading my reply to sanane's question, I see where I diverged with too much opinion. I apologize to anyone I may have offended. I will edit my comment to remove the opinion portions.

Thank you so very much, Kim. We have had some heated "discussions" in the past and it's just not fun. There is so much going on in the world right now and so much anger with all the different kinds of protests, it is so very calming to be able to log on to webpbn and enjoy the peace and quite disturbed by only a chuckle now and then. :)
