This one is a bit of a stretch? Think about the frying liquid.

oily toily
#6: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Mar 26, 2017
Almost. It's oil toil.

That's a Hink Pink, since it's one syllable. We were trying to come up with 2-syllable answers. :)

That was fun to solve, Brian. Now I'm craving french fries, which I have not had in ages.

In my favorite restaurant, the cook making the pasta is doing boil toil. The cook preparing the meat is on broil toil. The one stirring the sauce is doing roil toil. The herbs are from the gardener, doing soil toil. And of course, the wait person that wraps up the leftovers for me is doing foil toil.

Brava!

I think I might be starting a gigantic fight that could end up bringing down the entire internet but, oil and toil are both two syllables.

Teresa, those are some excellent toils.
#12: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Mar 27, 2017
Some places in the south it would be one syllable because they tend to pronounce it so it sounds a lot like "all".

I'll concede the point, Brian. :)

I suppose if you really want to get picky, this is a hinkety pinkety: oh-we-ull toh-we-ull
