on the right that small letter is jod, than a hi, a vav (OU), the middle is a wide s. The last is an ayin.
It can be read in much ways, because these are only the consonants :)

a) when someone knows those letters, he can read it.
b) there are a lot of ways to make it solvable (f.e. colors)
