How many of them do you have in your kitchen right now?
#2: robert svanberg (tango) on Feb 19, 2017
Not so well known here in Australia. However I'm fortunate enough to have visited a certain factory at Avery Island, LA and I know that I do have a small bottle of the right-most product in my pantry.

yeppers, I've been to Avery Island as well :) the last one's tabasco
#4: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Feb 19, 2017
Absolutely I can. The first one from left to right is Franks Hot Sauce. The second one is Towering Inferno. The third is Colon Cleaner and the last one is not just Tobasco it's Habenero Tobasco. I have the Tobasco sauce in my cupboard as well as a bottle of Ultimate Giv'er Sauce which is the most painful S*@T I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. This stuff is only available in Nova Scotia to my knowledge. I bought mine at Peggy's Cove. It's wonderful stuff. :)

Really nice puzzle, Brian (although, I did have to chew on a couple of antacids while solving it).

The shapes are all so familiar, but I drew a blank trying to name them.
#9: Jota (jota) on Feb 19, 2017
I can only recognize siracha and tabasco, the last to ones.
#10: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on Feb 19, 2017
Yeah, the third from the left is the only one I use, but I do love me some sriracha. It's got a nice sweetness to it, rather than all savory. And it tastes awesome with honey, teriyaki, or tuna salad made with mayo.

Besmirched tea got them all right. How many do you have?

I'm not a hot sauce person, but I'm a big Brian Fan. Wonderful puzzle!
#14: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Feb 20, 2017
Niki and I use hot sauce on just about everything savoury. We also like cooking with fresh habanero's,jalapenos, ghost and scorpion peppers. :)

Is Frank's a regional hot sauce? I don't think I've ever seen it in the South.
#16: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Feb 22, 2017
Thank you.

Aldege. Those ghost peppers are CRAZY HOT! I've never had scorpion peppers.

I thought Frank's was fairly widespread. It is the buffalo wings flavor.

When I did a Google "shopping" search it listed Wal-Mart first, so I suppose it's just that I tend to skip that aisle. :)

For years now I have used a sauce called El Pato. It has a really nice flavor and is excellent to use either straight out of the can or to use as a base for your own creation. It comes in a small yellow can. Some stores include it with the Mexican foods and others put it with the canned tomato products as on one side it says Tomato Sauce. It's not extremely hot, but has a nice bite to it.

The same brand has a jalapeño sauce too.

I went to Wally World yesterday, and I *did* see an endcap of Frank's. Shows how much I pay attention to the hot sauces. :)
