Most of this is solvable with line and color logic. There's a bit in R8-12 in C7 and C12-14 that's left unsolved, all red clues.#3: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Feb 12, 2017
There's probably a similar approach starting somewhere different, but this is what I did:
I took a look at R12C14. Looking ahead 2 steps, I could see that marking that square red would cause a contradiction in R10. Once that one square is marked white, the rest can be solved with LL.
