Houston, Texas. The dot on the map is Houston, LI is Superbowl LI. Girl could she be for the opera house? and I have no idea why the clock is set for 3:00 since the superbowl starts at 6:30.

You're getting there, Gus and Donna. The clock time is not important. That there is only half a clock showing is a clue. Superbowl is part of the What.
