It's National Love Your Red Hair Day!

The holiday was started by two redheaded sisters who wanted to help other gingers embrace and love their fiery locks.

By the way I use to be redheaded then fun fact #4 happened.

I'm a redhead. Well, I have to renew the natural color now and again, but I'm still a redhead! I always loved being a redhead, and I wasn't going to lose it. It was really a bright red when I was younger.

Great! Redheads are special people since only 2% of the world's population are red headed. I did the same thing for years and when I retired I just let it go. Now I have streaks of red, blonde, and this really pretty white.

Man is this puzzle ever getting me in trouble. I've always had a thing for redheads and my wife knows it. Now she sneers and throws death ray looks at redheads. :)

Claudia great for you I did not turn grey/blonde/touches of red until I was 61. Or that's when I notice some color change when I needed to enhance my own red hair.

Teresa, thank you, if you ever decided to color red you will find out it is fun being a red head. I mean the pretty auburn shades not the stark red you see now.

Donna, I had several wigs I wore last year while going through chemo, and the red one was my favorite. I loved being a redhead.

BTW, I just passed my one year cancer free milestone!

Oh, Teresa that is such good news to hear. I cancer research is the one of the two charities that I will support. The other is ASPCA.

Congratulations on your milestone!!!!! We need to celebrate!

No Donna,Niki thinks of all of you as family. But if she see's a redhead on T.V. or in person she gives them the hairy eyeball and her blood pressure rises to dangerous levels. Now if she finds out you wear silk stockings with garters there could be trouble.lol, :)
