Brava! That's wonderful! What's your favorite healthy low-cal thing to eat?
#4: Donna McFarland (jade8114) on Nov 4, 2016
Thanks Susan, Heather, and Teresa. I actually did this with portion control and cutting back on all the salt that I can. I eat everything, just watch how much I eat.

That's wonderful Donna. Portion control seems so much wiser than a diet!

You would be surprised the effect of switching the large dinner plate to a salad plate. You fill the plate up and your eyes are tricked into thinking you have had a big meal. If you want seconds just get like a tip of the spoonful, because usually all you want is one more bite. Also DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! I can't stand the taste of water unless it is purified and in a bottle (those flavor packets help).

Way to go Donna. Donna A is looking pretty shapely. I'm starting to twitch so I better exit this puzzle now. :)

HA HA Aldege
Thanks everyone, I am so happy that I have kept it off. Next goal lose 5 more pounds by the end of winter. I think if I take it off slowly it will stay off.
