It's more fun to do the puzzle if you don't say what the picture is in the title.

Those are the drops from the bleeding heart (flower).

Since they're upside-down crosses, perhaps this is the aftermath of a Satanic ritual? ;)

This is what I see: two arrows pointing down.

So I think the puzzle represents the phrase Down Hearted.

Maybe Diana did an image of a graphic she didn't realize was a picture puzzle. :-)
