Puzzle Description:

Meditation, with a mandala to help you focus. Regular meditation helps brain connections that enhance empathy and rational thought processing and decreases worry and anxiety, thereby assisting one to make smarter decisions and more reasonable reactions to sensations and situations. I'm a worrier and a ruminator, so I know I would benefit from meditation. I have great difficulty in staying focused. Do you meditate?

Is that a hanging object or something on a wall. I really like the design. Never had much luck at meditating. Great pose.

Lovely, both the figure and the mandala. I've never really had the patience to meditate properly. :)

I haven't meditated in decades. I do however color mandalas! I love them and try to make them balanced in color. Maybe this is a great exercise to begin again!!

Good idea, Ellen. That would be great exercise for the brain.

great image! it conveys peace. I don't meditate, but sometimes I lit a candle, watching the flame reminds me to stay focused.

This puzzle was an exercise for my brain :)

I've been waiting to see if you make a puzzle that exercises our brains. One which is right under our noses. Or fingers. :)

It's coming soon, Norma. :-)

Can't say I've done much meditation but when I'm on my throne everything comes into focus. :)

I can meditate best with sound. I used to go out and listen to the birds and other sounds every morning. after a while I would become completely absorbed in it, if only for a minute or two. Meditation takes practice and I have never progressed very far but I do find that following my breath or attentive listening for a minute or two is calming and centering.

That's a fabulous and very calming image. I don't meditate as a regular practice, but I do focus on my breathing when I feel anxious. It definitely helps.

This is soooo good. When I take the time to mediate, it is very calming.

Great image - the hands especially.
No, I don't meditate unless you count my getting-to-sleep method. I tell myself a story, the same every night for a period of time. Currently it's that I'm preparing to go west in a covered wagon. I decide what to bring with me depending on whether my destination is California during the gold rush or a farming area. This works pretty well to block the worries that can prevent sleep.

I do something similar, Susan. I "write" stories and by gong into great detail (to make it boring) it usually lulls me to sleep.

I use apps to help me meditate.

What are your favorite apps, Jane. I'd love to try some.

Muy curioso puzzle. Y todos meditamos...menos de lo que deberíamos hacer.
