I should have explained. It's two words and the switch is on the first letter of each word.

Wow. Fun puzzle, but I'm stumped.

Is the title a clue? As in somebody's FAULT/VAULT?

Is the answer a two word term or title or phrase?

Give us another clue, Norma. Is that a guy in a bank or an armoured car? The cap makes me think it's a security guard. Are those bad guys shooting? And... is the title a clue?

I'm just asking who switched the letters. The first word is three letters and the second is four. The second word though spelled the same except for the first letter is pronounced differently. The guy lying down (a bad guy) is taking cover from the guys who are shooting. And, of course, the green things represent something we'd all like to have lots of (4 letters).

Don't know Norma but I like the image. :)
