very nice pic, and difficult solve as well

What a nice puzzle! I really liked how you made the organ. Must have been hard on the organ hauling it around on the back of a wagon probably, over rutted roads.

Thx Norma. I wasn't sure if you could tell it was a pipe organ or not. I hope you caught the humour I intended in making it a pipe organ. Also did you catch that at the bottom left corner that's intended to be a stretched out leg making it appear that a man is pulling the sled or toboggan which the organ is sitting on. This also was intended to be humourous. Like you said Norma,I'm sure they loaded it on a wagon. They did eventually get an organ installed in the church thru donations from parishioners. :)

nice. no guessing.

The puzzle was very challenging. While I could see the individual images they didn't make sense until I read the story. Nice.

Wonderful story. No guessing. Took me a bit to identify what is in the right lower corner. Very Nice.
