Puzzle Description:

Cause only Batman has a desert Batmobile dune buggy.

#1: David Bouldin (dbouldin) on Sep 2, 2016 [HINT] [SPOILER]

tough solve! but i fought my way through it...LOTS of color logic, especially at the edges.

anybody needing a hint, look at the green 4 in C2. it can be placed completely because there aren't many green clues in the rows that can fall that close to the edge. same kind of thing along the bottom a little later on. really fun solve al!

seeing the title and then getting the two wheels done i realized it was going to be a car and wondered if you had drawn the Lykan HyperSport that a baseball player just bought. Paid $3.4M for it and immediately took it to a tuner for aftermarket customization...must be nice!

Yeah, that was a tough solve all right, but thoroughly enjoyable!

Aldege, you should be given one of these for making us so happy with your amazing puzzles. :-)

Thx Teresa and David. I would love to have one of these Teresa but Batman will not sell the rights to have them built.:)

I have not heard of this vehicle yet David and I subscribe to lots of car magazines. What gives? Yes it must be nice to have that kind of money to buy a limited production vehicle and then spend millions more to have a tuner make it one of a kind. I think the money could be better spent but when you have that kind of money what does it matter. I'm glad you guys enjoyed the solve. It's a big reason why I enjoy making these. Thx again guys. :)

You can make it Al! Awesome solve!

Thx Jota dear and thx for the link. I'm almost tempted to say it's worth it's asking price. It is an awesome looking car. I think I'll wait a couple years and look for a good slightly used one. As nice as it is though,it's no 58 Dodge Custom Royal. I bet I can get the ladies just as good as he can with my vintage Dodge.lol. :)

*totally* practical for a family man. :D

Very tough solve and even with color logic I had to guess several times.
#8: Alan Lafond (Cural) on Jun 2, 2017 [HINT]
Didn't need to guess, but the colour logic really helped. After getting the easy edge logic with the green in C2 and the rest of that circle, I was able to use colour logic to figure out that the green 3 in C17 had to be in the grouping in R24-R28, and that the two consecutive green 1's in C16, as well as C15, and the 2 in C14, all had to go with that same grouping, which allowed me to solve that ring of green.

I used more colour logic to find that the green 5 in R18 had to be bounded by C22 - C29, because if it covered C21 at all, it was guaranteed to put two separate green segments in R21, where there can only be the single green 2.

Once I got all that in place, it was simple to use regular line logic to place all the black around it, which made the green 4 on R16 obvious, and the 2 on R15. This made the two green 1's in R18 easy to spot, thus giving me the rest of the green and all of C30, and from there I just followed line logic to place all the rest of the black. Tough, but enjoyable!

Too tough to be enjoyable. Very tedious.
