Line and color logic solves the red, blue, and green. It doesn't get you very far on the black.

Taking a look at the general clue layout in R26-30, you can see that any 3 placed on the top row of the section eliminates the same 3 columns in the bottom two rows, and vice versa. If you place the 3 clue in R30 in C19-21, you don't have enough room for all of the 3 clues in R26 and R29, so you can mark R30 C19-21 white. Line logic solves from there.
