Lots of guessing to solve the puzzle, and what does it mean?

This takes a lot of the guessing out.

I got the puzzle kind of quickly, but I don't understand the reference.

Is it something to do with the X-Files?

Almost Eva, it is X-Men like Wolverine, Storm, Professor X Magneto, etc. Hugh Jackman?

Donna, try solving before publishing, until it's logically solvable.

The top part is just about impossible to solve without guessing. Try solving it yourself without publishing.

Donna, as I mentioned in another post, before publishing a puzzle, you should click on the check button next to the save button. When you get the following message you are ready to publish:

This puzzle has a unique solution. Terrific!

This puzzle can be solved by line and color logic alone.

Cool!

But you should always solve your own puzzles before publishing without cheating because you know what it's supposed to look like. Sometimes you will get the above message, but it's still kind of hard to solve. In my own puzzles if I get to a point where it's kind of hard to solve I'll go back and change it a little to make it a tad easier.

Thanks Norma for the information, but I did that and it came up unique solution. I wonder if you are doing the first version or the revised version.
