Found to be solvable by line logic alone by blurglecruncheon.

The hint-giver gives no recommendation, but with the initial line logic, C23R12 should have dots to the left and right. There are a few other places where the hints don't point you to a 1 that can have dots on either side, as well. So I marked this line logic alone, but those who rely heavily on hints (as I do some times) will need to do a bit of searching on their/our own.

Found to have a unique solution by valerie.

I used edge logic to place the 7 in the bottom row -- there were two possible areas that it could have gone in, but it had to go on the right, not the left. The rest was line logic, though sometimes tricky to locate.

I agree with Jota -- I am curious what this puzzle was about! A Facebook-style thumbs-up to a trophy? Hm.
