Logically this is a very fun solve! I have no idea what the picture is.

Line and color logic solves black and green. A single instance of smile logic solves the red. To finish the blue, I used the technique two way logic, except in this case it was 3-way logic, on row 3:

The leftmost 2-block in row 3 must go in one of 3 locations: Columns 4-5, 5-6, or 6-7. No matter in which of these 3 locations this 2-block is placed, the block in row 1 column 6 must be white/dot. A small amount of line logic follows.

Then I used two-way logic on the same 2-block in row 3, this time it has only two possibilities: Columns 5-6 or 6-7. No matter which of these two locations has the block, the block in row 4 column 5 must be white/dot.

Line logic solves the rest of the puzzle.
