After LL (NB: c10 can have the top three clues placed by LL)
EL 5 c8 limits it to [r1-7]. Therefore c8r3-5 must be black

The far right middle can be solved with smile logic. The 4 in c18 cannot go all the way up nor down without causing a conflict in c20 because of the crossing 2s. Thus c18r6 & r11 must be white

Now use the same idea on the 5 in r13:
If it were to go all the way left, then it would force both pixels under it in r16 to be black, causing a conflict. Therefore r13c8 must be white
