R4: EL marks C1 white. LL.
R24: If the 10 goes to C2, R25 C3-7 would be black, and R23C5 would be white. This makes R23C6 white as well, which makes C6 invalid. R24 C1-2 must be white. LL.
R30: If the 12 goes to C16, R26C17 would be white and R27C17 would be black. This makes C17 invalid, so R30C4 is black instead.
