All right, Brian. You made the puzzle, now your last two comments read like you are mystified too at what song this is. Conclusion: you are dropping a hint. There are at least a couple of other Beatles songs in which the word "key" is sung: "She's Leaving Home" (Silently turning the back door key, stepping outside she is free...) and "Only a Northern Song" (If you think the harmony is a little dark and out of key...). Neither song really fits the picture. The only song in the world that fits is Pink Floyd's "Brain Damage" (You lock the door and throw away the key. There's someone in my head but it's not me").

I am so grateful that Valerie was able to recover all these puzzles with the titles from the database crash but unfortunately the descriptions and comments were lost. Relying on my memory for this information is futile. Bruce, you came up with more possibilities than I did, but they don't seem right either. I hope someone solves this mystery.
