Great pop when the red was filled in....#5: Bill Eisenmann (Bullet) on May 13, 2025 classify
This was a perfect puzzle to (try to) solve in exactly 100 strokes -- if you have your settings to cycle thru the colors, you can first "fill in" the blank squares, then fill in the black, then red, green blue in order.... Sadly, I messed up on my first square, so didn't quite get it in 100....
Anybody else work the smaller puzzles this way? Certainly adds a bit of "challenge" especially if your screen jumps a bit, like mine randomly does, so I accidentally hit an unintended square....
I like to try to solve without dots#6: Valerie Mates (valerie) on May 13, 2025 classify
Me too. I did that on this one. :)#7: Belita (belita) on Nov 29, 2025 classify
I also sometimes try to solve where I click the mouse to select the color and then hold down the button to draw all of that color while the button is still down. That didn't work for this puzzle, because it has several regions, but I did color each region that way.
I have it set so that everything is gray to start and the unfilled squares become white instead of dots. The picture looks nicer when it's done without the dots.
