This puzzle is excellent, a most wonderful picture!#2: Ailsa Hebert (bazette3) on Nov 5, 2020 classify
I was able to solve it logically, with moderate lookahead. LL and color logic take you most of the way. Near the end, I had to use an if-then type logic, which felt like end-color logic.
In row 12, the blue pixels on either end can only go in columns 1 or 2 and 19 or 20. If you put the blue pixel in R12C1, then with moderate lookahead R13C2 causes a contradiction. The same thing occurs on the other side. If the blue pixel is placed in R12C20, then R13C19 cannot be blue, black, or a dot/white.
The puzzle then solves with line and color logic.
The is a totally excellent puzzle. I, also, solved it logically but had to work at it which made it VERY enjoyable!! Thanks for the great puzzle!!#3: Wombat (wombatilim) on Feb 24, 2023 [HINT] classify
The hint in #1 is sound, but it's only needed in C1-2. The C19-20 blue can be placed with color logic.#4: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Feb 24, 2023 classify

That is an amazing picture!
I got to 88% with line and color logic, so I was hoping I could solve the whole puzzle that way. But it did indeed need lookahead to finish.
