Found to have a unique solution by blurglecruncheon.

Found to be solvable by line and color logic alone by blurglecruncheon.

I've seen other 6-point star puzzles but I don't think I saw one that uses black/blue as nicely as here.

The helper doesn't solve this right away. But it is line/color logic only.

1. 34% after helper. 3's in the columns must go to the corner.
2. 59% after helper. R4C3/13 and R10C3/13 can't be blue and thus must be dots.
3. 67 after helper. Now R2-3-4-10-11-12 and C4-10 cannot be blue, making R7 C4/10 blue. Helper solves it.
