Rocket man!

Found to have a unique solution by blurglecruncheon.

Found to be solvable by line and color logic alone by blurglecruncheon.

Once we solve the red dots, it's plain logic with the black dots.

Nice job Jota--I felt silly missing the answer once I saw it. I feel I really should have! It's cool when a puzzle like this gets fully recovered, even if the old comments can't be replaced.

With the red, I thought it was a Stihl chainsaw, and was thinking either lumberjack or Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It was only after I had it finished that I realized it was a rocket. It's always funny how the mind can take take partial clues in the wrong direction, and how long it takes to get back on the right track.
