R10: If C11 is part of a 2, blacks go in C13 and C15. R16-21 C12 would need to be black, as would R11-12 C13. This does not leave enough room for the 8 in C15, so R10C11 must be a 1.

Probably not the sticking point but a fun find regardless...at 63%, whether the black at C4R20 is the blob or the one, C5R20 is a dot. Then at 65%, this might be the one:#7: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Jan 22, 2024
Whether the two adjacent blacks in C9 are part of the 2 or 4 clue, C9R8 is a dot.
