Initial line & color logic completes about 68%, with red and blue finished.

R9: EL marks C8-15 white. L&CL.

R25: EL prevents the green 10 from going past C8 and C19, which marks C10-11 and C17 green. L&CL.

C7: Whichever way the green 2 goes, R15C8 and R19C8 are white. Minimal L&CL,

R9: Wherever the black 1 goes, it extends into R10, which makes the black in R10C17 part of the 2. R10C16 is black. This also marks R10C36 white. L&CL.

C9: Whichever way the top green 2 goes, it makes the green in R19C10 part of the 3. R17-18C10 are green. L&CL.

R14: If the black 16 extends to C11, it causes a contradiction in R11. This marks R14C27 black.
