Edge logic makes things go easier but I think we only need line logic. Since this isn't marked yet I'll give a rough outline of my steps, though it's quite possible some are redudant. The reds fall in interesting placesx that really help.

Helper places 5%, R1C17 is black and part of the 4 due to color logic. R3C17 is a black dot and R3C18 can't be red so R3C19/20 are black dots.

R8/10 have some dots the helper doesn't catch, and I got to 25%. C8-9 R8 was a 2.

The helper filled R19C17 as a black dot which if you look at the columns means red dots in R19 can only be C8/11/14. But C8 contradicts R19. Helper to 36%. Now in row 17 the red in C8 must be the 2nd (red can't be in C14) which clears a whole lot. R17C18 is a dot too. Helper to 59%.

R15's remaining red dot must be in C5, R9's in C16. That puts R5's in C18. R9C9 is a dot. R11's center red dot is C10. That puts its final red dot in C4. Use the helper.

Color and line logic alone.

I didn't keep notes, but I did solve it entirely with line and color logic. That puzzle was a workout, but fun!
