EL on the bottom completely solves the 10.
EL on the left places 2 of the 7.
EL on the right can mark R43-48 C46 white, then EL in R47-48 can mark R46C45, R47-48 C43-45, and R48 C2-4 white.
C42-44: R1-10 are white, or it causes a contradiction in C41.
EL C2 marks R4-19 and R44-47 white.
I'm sure there's more I haven't spotted yet, but I need to take a break from this one for a bit.
