I did a web search for "Kingitus Mimmule." There were not a lot of matches, so I tried running it through Google Translate. That site thought it was Estonian for, "A gift to Mimmu." But when I poked at it some more, if you type it in lowercase, it's Latin for "a little gift." Oddly, if you capitalize both words, then Google Translate says it's Latin for "King Mimmule." Is Latin case-sensitive? I have no idea, but I didn't think it was.
I am guessing that Diana meant "a little gift." Or, as Jota said, a tulip.
