I got stuck after exhausting LL and EL. I then deduced that the 11 clue in C5 would not start as high as R4. So I filled in R4C5 and after several moves proved that R4C5 had to be blank. LL and a touch of smile logic in the center easily solved the rest. Well not exactly smile, but similar: C9-C11 in R12 cannot all be blank.

Initial LL completes 48%.

R6: Whether the 5 goes into C5 or C8, it will place black into R7, which will complete that row. Therefore R7 C1-4 and C9-10 are white. LL.

C11: If the 2 goes into R10, it makes R12 invalid.
