I know, I know. This is a terrible tedious puzzle but I made it for a good reason. There are times when I make a circle that doesn't look right. I used the formula for a circle scaled down to the sizes here and rounded to the nearest whole number. I can now refer to this puzzle for making "perfect" circle in other puzzles. Think of it as a circle template or compass when you are trying to make a puzzle.
