Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by blurglecruncheon.

This solve was interesting to me, as it seemed on a knife-edge for a while whether standard line and color logic would be enough. They were not.

I was able to fill in the right-hand side with color logic (the 1's and 2's are tricky and neat,) but the left-hand side was too sparse.

Even after filling in the blue dots with edge logic, there are only single black clues left, e.g a 3 in column 10 where R5-10 are open.

You can use edge logic on C5 (only the R4/5-10 C4-10 box is left) from the bottom to get to where you just need line logic.

Found to have a unique solution by valerie.

I miss the descriptions!

I did line and color logic, plus edge logic in column 3, to get to 93%. Then color logic on the black 3 in column 6 got me going again. Then line and color logic to finish.

Valerie, I would say that "I don't know what this is" is not a spoiler, because it doesn't in any way tell anyone what it could be. Could be anything, right?

That seems reasonable. Though it does give away that the content of the puzzle is hard to identify, and that the finished image is likely to be unsatisfying. So it does give away something. But is that enough to count as a spoiler? Sort of, which is why I'm not sure. But that does seem reasonable.
