Nice puzzle. Had to concentrate which made it more fun. Thanks for the solve!!

Initial line & color logic gets to 85% with black and red remaining.

Smile logic in R3-4, R17-18, and C3-4 will complete the black.

C1: If the 4 goes into R13, it means C1 R8-9 would both be red, which is a contradiction. This makes R12C1 white. The same logic can be used on each side of the puzzle to finish.

Found to have a unique solution by wombatilim.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by wombatilim.
