It deserves to be said: this picture is darling. What a treasure that was recovered from the Great Loss.

I see an old man helping a 12-14 year-old girl stand up in the boat. What a curious circumstance. Perhaps he's her grandfather? Obviously, what it is and what anyone sees is completely up to the beholder. But this would make a fantastic picture prompt. My imagination is going crazy.

Thanks so much, Aurelian. When I created this one, I intended it to be a romantic couple, but the female ended up looking like a girl, and the guy looks old, so I figured it could be a grandfather taking his granddaughter out on the lake, maybe to teach her to fish.
