Here's how I solved it:

Line and color logic to 89%.

Looking at the black 3 in column 9, if it reaches downward to row 10, there's a contradiction, so column 9 row 10 is blank.

Line logic.

Next, looking at the red 5 in row 2. If it is in column 9 or 10, then it blocks the left-hand red 2 in row 5. So row 2 columns 9 and 10 are blank.

Ditto if you place the red 5 in columns 18 and 19, so row 2 columns 18 and 19 are blank.

Line and color logic (sometimes slightly tricky color logic) to finish.

No idea what I am looking at! I'm guessing it's a character from something I'm not familiar with.

Or maybe it's a picture of CSMat learning to juggle five balls at once? If it's that, that is pretty neat!

Maybe the new trick is how to levitate balls with your mind while wearing your new super suit costume.
