Hm. I have no idea what I am looking at. Pepe LePew, maybe? Probably not!

I'm mystified.

Assuming skank means skank (and not skunk or something), I understand a skank to be a trashy woman, or skanking was dancing to ska music in the 80s.

I don't see anything like either of those here. I do see an interesting composition, and much enjoyed the solve.

What is it, Scarlet?

I see a trombone, as in ska music.

Per Wikipedia: Skanking is a form of dancing practiced in the ska, ska punk, hardcore punk, reggae, drum and bass and other music scenes.

The dance style originated in the 1950s or 1960s at Jamaican dance halls, where ska music was played.[1] Ska music has a prominent backbeat played by the electric guitar on beats two and four of a 4/4 bar of music. When ska became popular amongst British mods and skinheads of the 1960s, these UK youth adopted these types of dances and altered them. The dancing style was revived during the 1970s and 1980s 2 Tone era, and has been adopted by some in the hardcore punk subculture.

It looks like the mouth of a fire-breathing dragon to me. I guess a dragon with a bad reputation could be a skank.

I don't remember the original caption, but this is the cover art for the Suburban Legends album "Going On Tour". So... yeah, the ska dance skanking was the title for sure.
