Wow, is it too late to add the dominance of the gene for six fingers? It'd be perfect for this puzzle.... It's a good illustration of the difference between dominance and prevalence; six fingers is dominant, but it's a rare gene.... I had always wished I'd been born with (and left to keep) six fingers. It might have come in handy (pardon the pun) for playing the piano....

Actually, when the title revealed, my perverse mind read the top right as a goat head (a symbol of the devil) bottom right as a flame, and the odd hand reminiscent of the Lu Cypher character in Angel Heart, one of my favorite movies.
