I get to 98% and then I can't figure the last step. I clicked 1-2-space on every remaining square in the lower left, but no red dots popped up.
Placing the 3 in C5 at R37-39 creates a contradiction in C4 so it's only moderate lookahead in the case it isn't line logic. I poked at this a bit but may be mistaken.
I enjoy these Pokemon puzzles -- I never really got into it, but then a name pops up and oh, I've heard that word before!
