Very colorful picture! I Like it!

Once color logic runs out, you have a small area in the center of the puzzle. I was able to use Internal Edge Logic (or perhaps three-way logic) on the 1 in C9 and also on the 1 in C15. In both cases there are only 3 possible spots for the 1 to go. For the 1 in C9, two of the three options cause a conflict in C11. For the 1 in C15, two of the three options cause a conflict in C13.

After that line logic solves the puzzle.
