Actually yes, it would/could be. "Big Cheese" could be referring to something other than actual cheese like maybe a head boss. Sometimes the words create one expectation where the literal interpretation is less likely. It would be like somebody doing a puzzle called "Rain Check" and it had to do with actual rain, or "Couch Potato" and it was an actual potato.
