I'm trying to reconstruct the WCP. This # 166 was about beds!

It took a bit, but I believe that's a hammock. Looks comfy!

Hey Brian? What does the puzzle's title mean? Just curious!
#6: Philip (Philip) on Mar 13, 2022 [SPOILER]
These trees were planted for the hammock? That is long range planning!

That's right Philip. I planted two redwoods in my yard years ago, but alas neither survived. I'm a better puzzle maker than gardener.

Oh wow, that is far advance planning!!
I am sorry they didn't survive.

My kids were given seedlings as part of an AgFest. We planted them in the waaaay back and mostly forgot about them. All three are more than 20 years old and thriving. 3 different kinds of evergreens!

That is really cool!

Our version of that is that when my young adults were little, their school had a plant sale. I brought home a tiny sage seedling in a styrofoam coffee cup -- and ended up with a voracious sage monster that would take over the universe if I didn't cut it back.

Also on a larger scale: When Jan was a kid, a church was built near his house. His dad wanted some privacy from the comings and goings at the busy building, so he and Jan planted a row of trees between their house and the church. I think the trees may be in a public park. Anyway, Jan and his father are long gone, but the trees are still there, and they are enormous!

I'll see if I can locate them and take a picture....

In Google Maps I found a photo of what I think are probably the right trees -- the pine trees in the center of this picture are probably the ones that small-child Jan and his father planted:

Let's see if this works....

Initially, in the photo they don't look all *that* big, but if you zoom in you can see that they are more than twice as tall as the building behind them!

Google says that that image was captured in 2014. It occurs to me that eventually they will re-photograph it, and then that image should update automatically. So if you are looking at this comment ten years from now, you may be able to see a future picture of the trees that was taken after I posted this!

Awesome Val!
