Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by valerie.

For solving it, I placed the 8 in column 15 at the bottom of the column and did a lot of solving until I got a contradiction. Then I reverted to before I'd placed the 8. I put a dot in the bottom of the column, then tried the 8 in the remaining lowest possible position. And repeat, until enough dots were built up that I could do line logic to finish.

There is surely a better way to logic it through, but that's what I did.
