Her eyes and hair are "Simsonly mahvelous, dahling, Simsonly mahvelous"!
There is something not quite right about her pacifier, though...looks like a bad lipstick job...and I agree that her skin would look much better if she had her normal, healthy jaundiced glow lol.

For a while, I thought this was going to be Fiona from Shrek! Now I see why you wish there was yellow. Great puzzle and a fun solve.
