C28-29: Since each of these columns needs two black 1s placed within R16-19, and all of the available clues in R17-19 are 1s, this means at least one of these columns must have a black in R16. Either one would make R16C28 black. LL.
C26-30: Each of these columns needs one more black square, for a total of 5. R17-18 each have 2 blacks available for these columns and R19 has 1. This also totals 5, which means all available blacks in these rows must be used. R17 only has available space in C26 and C30, so these two squares must be black.
